Once payment is complete, a confirmation email with your booking details and call link is automatically sent to your inbox—usually arriving within 1 to 3 minutes.
If you don't see it right away:

All you need is a steady internet connection and a browser that supports Google Meet. We recommend taking 5 minutes to test your mic and camera as early as you can, so if anything comes up you have time to fix it or reach out to us for help before your call.

How is Wussup.live different from sites like Omegle?+
Omegle was built for instant, anonymous, and completely random chats, with no sign-up. That made it easy to skip people, and it came with a lot of spam and safety problems.
Wussup.live can be considered a safe and focused Omegle alternative: a call you book on purpose. You pick a time, and that time is set aside for a real conversation.

What happens if I’m running late?+
Life happens! Your host will hang out in the call room for a quick grace period based on your session length:
- 15-minute sessions: 5-minute grace period.
- 30-minute sessions: 10-minute grace period.
- 60-minute sessions: 15-minute grace period.
If you aren’t able to join within that window without giving us prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show. The call will wrap up for the day, and the booking fee won't be refundable as the service will be considered fulfilled, to keep things fair for the time we've put aside.
What if I have specific preferences for my booking?+
